No, like people said on Twitter, it comes from the biography of Natalie Wood written in 2000 I believe. The biographer didn't name who it was but gave clues and she knows who it was. We used to have some threads on it here but they're not archived, apparently. Sounds like it was either Burt Lancaster or Kirk Douglas.

And then in 2018 Lana said she remembered when it happened because the family was parked in their car waiting for Natalie to come out, so Lana must know who it was as well.

It is just a rumor though, like the Jean Spangler thing. There are signs pointing to Kirk Douglas but no evidence, and unless Lana or the biographer come out with it, we'll never know. Since Kirk's son Michael still has some clout I would bet neither would come out and say it was Kirk, even if it was.
